27, of Deltona, Fla.; assigned to 4th Battalion, 31st Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, Fort Drum, N.Y.; died Oct. 22 from injuries sustained when his patrol came in contact with enemy forces during combat operations in Baghdad.
