Army Spc. Justin R. Garcia
Died November 14, 2006 serving during Operation Iraqi Freedom26, of Elmhurst, N.Y.; assigned to the 1st Battalion, 23rd Infantry Regiment, 3rd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, Fort Lewis, Wash.; died Nov. 14 of injuries sustained when an improvised explosive device detonated near his vehicle during combat operations in Baghdad. Also killed was Col. Thomas H. Felts Sr.
