Died June 16, 2004 serving during Operation Iraqi Freedom29, of Virginia Beach, Va.; assigned to the 302nd Transportation Company, 172nd Combat Support Group, Army Reserve, Fort Eustis, Va.; killed June 16 during a mortar attack when mortar rounds hit his camp in Balad, Iraq.
