Died July 21, 2008 serving during Operation Enduring Freedom22, of Clearlake, Calif.; assigned to 2nd Battalion, 7th Marines, 1st Marine Division, I Marine Expeditionary Force, Twentynine Palms, Calif.; died July 21 in Helmand province, Afghanistan, while supporting combat operations.
