Died January 17, 2005 serving during Operation Iraqi Freedom21, of Queens Village, N.Y.; assigned to the 1st Battalion, 69th Infantry Regiment, New York Army National Guard, New York, N.Y.; died Jan. 17 in the 86th Combat Support Hospital, Baghdad, after he was involved in a motor vehicle accident Jan. 16 in Baghdad.
