WASHINGTON — Vice President Joe Biden will return to West Point next month to deliver the commencement address at the U.S. Military Academy.

The White House says Biden will speak May 21 at West Point where he also was the commencement speaker in 2012.

President Barack Obama delivered the address in 2014.

Biden also will give two other commencement speeches this year.

On May 7, he'll speak at Delaware State University, a historically black university in Biden's home state.

On May 13, Biden will speak at Syracuse University's College of Law where he received his law degree.

The vice president plans to speak at the University of Notre Dame's commencement on May 15 but won't deliver the commencement address. He's receiving an award alongside former House Speaker John Boehner.
