Prosecutors will seek the death penalty for a 33-year-old former Marine accused of massacring a Florida family under the delusion that they were child sex traffickers.
Marine Lance Cpl. Samuel London, a reservist with the 25th Marines based out of Fort Devens, Massachusetts, was on predeployment leave when the alleged incident occurred.
Cpl. Spencer Daily told investigators he was joking around when he picked up the pistol with his left hand, pointed it at his roommate's head and pulled the trigger.
