Centurion Arms has released a new .308 rail, and teased us with a glimpse of their .308 rifle.  The .308 rail will be launching in 12 and 14 inch versions (shown in the images).  These aluminum tubular rails are slick sided, with holes allowing for placement of 1913 rail sections. QD sockets allow for sling mounts, and mounts for the Surefire Scout lights are coming off CNCs currently as well.  The two additional questions we had were if a 5.56 version was coming, and if the .308 rifles were something we could look forward to. The 5.56 rails were an easy answer, and they should be ready in the next 8-12 weeks.  The answer to the .308 weapons was that a limited promotional run had been done, but that full weapon production was not going to be something we saw soon.  With the political climate weighing heavily at SHOT Show, this answer makes total sense to us.
