Veterans support organization Team Red White & Blue is hosting another CrossFit-style "workout of the day" on Nov. 11 to celebrate Veterans Day. Previous events were held in honor of Sept. 11 and Memorial Day.

The workout's 11-11-12-22-7 reps stand for the holiday's date and the number of living veterans.

"11-11-12 signifies this year's Veterans Day, the day set aside by Congress to 'celebrate the service of our Nation's veterans,' the 22 double unders and 7 Handstand Pushups represent the 22.7 [million] living veterans we aim to serve," organizers say on the WoD for Warriors website.
