The Navy is emphasizing personal fitness more than ever and telling sailors to work out at least three times per week, even when deployed and living in cramped conditions.

So what's the secret to staying fit while contained on a ship? Navy Times wants to know what personal workout equipment you bring with you when you deploy, and what routines work best.
