Brittney DeVane leaves Blue Force Gear

We just got a note from Brittney DeVane, Blue Force Gear's public relations manager, letting us know that she's leaving the company. Here she is shooting a photo for Kerry 'Pocket Doc' Davis of Dark Angel Medical at SHOT Show 2014. (She's on the left.)

nextpageDeVane was hired three years ago to represent the BFG to the public and helped get the word out on BFGs notable products such as Helium Whisper, Vickers Combat Application Slings and their lightweight family of MOLLEminus loadbearing equipment.

"My position here never felt like a job because our CEO and founder, Ashley Burnsed, doesn't create a high stress atmosphere or a "work-like" environment," she said in her email. "He encourages creativity and fun in our daily tasks – the decision to leave has been one of the hardest of my life."
