Former Army Sgt. Daniel Rodriguez clears final hurdle, will suit up for Clemson this fall

We've been keeping an eye on former Army Sgt. Daniel Rodriguez since he posted this video earlier this year. Today, Kevin Lilley over at AfterAction gave us an update on Rodriguez's college football plans:

A former soldier's quest that started with a YouTube workout video ended Friday, as the NCAA granted Daniel Rodriguez permission to join the Clemson football team for the upcoming season.

We're looking forward to seeing Daniel get some field time this fall as a Tiger.
