We're winding down the year here at PT365 headquarters by checking in with people from some of 2012's most popular posts.

Up first is an update from Navy Lt. j.g. Hannah Roberts, now 26, who was the fourth female finisher at July's Badwater Ultramarathon in Death Valley, Calif.

Our profile of Roberts (Navy Lt. j.g. Hannah Roberts is training for the Badwater 135-mile ultramarathon — on a ship) was the fifth most popular post, racking up 4,642 views since it went live June 4.

Since Badwater, Roberts tied for first female at Washington's Cascade Crest 100-miler in August. She and 45-year-old Missy Gosney, ran 23 hours, 48 minutes and 30 seconds.

2013 is looking equally busy for Roberts. She'll run Hawaii's HURT 100-miler in January and said she hopes to run three or four more 100-milers over the summer.

She's also planning to return to Death Valley in 2013, but not as an entrant.

"I want to crew and pace at Badwater," she said, "And am clearing my calendar to make the journey back to Death Valley to help someone earn a buckle."

Follow Hannah on her blog, Run Sea Legs Run.

We'll count down the rest of the top five posts between now and New Year's Eve. Stay tuned to see which ones made the cut.
