This week, Military Muscle columnist Bob Thomas sent us two circuits of pushups. The pushups themselves aren't very difficult, but put them together for Bob's workout and your muscles will be screaming.

Army Lt. Col. Keith Williams -- branch chief of adaptive reconditioning at the Warrior Transition Command -- demoed the workout for OFFduty. Keith made this circuit look easy, but then again Keith is also really strong.

I tried the pushup "line dance," shown above, and could only make it 2/3 of the way down the line before collapsing in a pathetic heap. These circuits don't take much time, but you'll wish they were over quicker.

Find Bob's complete workout over at OFFduty.

Military Muscle workout demo shoot. I have the workout -- can email -- and can go along on Tuesday. Keither Williams will be there to demo, as well as his Army colleague who is a single-leg amputee. The workout is entirely pushups, so both men will be good models, though I'd like to make sure we get both of them doing the workout Thomas Brown/Staff
