Active-duty registration for the Marine Corps Marathon opens Saturday at noon (EST)

Active-duty military and reservists can register for the 38th Marine Corps Marathon tomorrow at noon.

The early registration window will be open until midnight (Eastern) March 24, and during that time registrants will receive a 15 percent discount from sponsor GEICO. This brings the cost of the race down to $84.15, according to a race official. The discount will not be available outside of early registration.

General registration for the Oct. 27 event will open a noon on March 27.
