U.S. military officials announced Wednesday that the remains of three brothers from Wisconsin who were killed in the attack on Pearl Harbor have been identified.
Army Capt. Clevy Muchette Nelson-Royster, 27, was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with murder in the death of Capt. Malcolm X. Perry, El Paso police said. Both were logistics officers with the 1st Armored Division at Fort Bliss.
