The Bob Thomas, director of the Navy Wellness Center and trainer extraordinaire, was in the newsroom yesterday. We talked him into modeling for his next PT365 column while he was in town for the holidays.

Here’s Bob in our “studio” at a local gym getting ready to start his own workout. Be sure to check back in a few weeks for the complete column.

Bob is always looking for new column topics, so send any fitness questions his way at jomof14@cox.net
