On Aug. 12, approximately 500 motorcyclists and support staff will leave Fort Dodge, Kansas and head out on the American Legion Legacy Run for the Legacy Scholarship Fund. The fund pays for need-based scholarships for children of fallen post-9/11 service members and for children of post-9/11 veterans with disabilities rated 50 percent or higher by the VA.
