A West Virginia state judge has allowed the continued deployment of more than 300 West Virginia National Guard members to Washington, D.C.
Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth outlined plans to replace the old JCIDS requirements process, which he said "moved at the speed of paperwork, not war."
The Washington D.C. National Guard, deployed to the nation’s capital since August, will remain on orders at least through the end of February.
