Obama says he told Putin to "cut it out" regarding hacking

In a press conference on Friday, President Barack Obama addressed the allegations toward Russia hacking the most recent U.S. presidential election. The president said that nothing goes on in Russia without the approval of the country's President Vladimir Putin. Obama also said that when the two men met in China he told Putin to "cut it out" regarding the meddling in the American election.
