Machine gunners take note of the new Aimpoint/MATECH Crew Served Weapon Mount for the Aimpoint Micro T-1. The adjustable range mount was developed as a rail-mounted sight for belt fed weapons.
Using a knob on the side of the unit with a built-in scale, the gunner can adjust the sight for point-of-aim=point-of-impact in 100 meter increments from 100-800 meters for 5.56mm and 300-1100 meters for 7.62mm guns. The mount has dual opposing locking levers so if one breaks (machine guns don't give gentle piggyback rides) the other is still keeping your optic in place. Check with MATECH for pricing.
