With the introduction of the Sportsman Ballistics Weather Meter, Kestrel drops the price of the full-featured pocket shooting brain more than $200.

Sportsman still uses the Applied Ballistics G1/G7 solver to deliver elevation and windage solutions for long-range hunters and shooters but limits it's use to the supersonic portion of bullet flight, effectively 800 yards.

The Sportsman costs $429, or $589 with bluetooth capability. The spotter accessory pack, listed below, adds another $160.
