SOG has introduced the SwitchPlier 2.0, packing 12 common functions into a device that flips open at the push of a button, just like a switchblade.

When the small button on the SwitchPlier is depressed, the pliers unfold from the side and fly open automatically. This is extremely beneficial when one hand is already busy holding something in place. The pliers themselves are also spring-loaded to easily remain open and reduce hand fatigue.

In addition to the pliers, 11 more common tools are included, such as a 420 steel blade, Phillips and flat head screwdrivers, three-sided file, hard wire cutter, and of course a bottle opener.

The deep pocket clip keeps the SwitchPlier riding comfortably in the pocket, but it cannot be reversed.

Available now at an MSRP of only $64, this is a neat little device that won't break the bank and will help in those instances when you are literally working with one hand tied behind your back.
