Hershel W. “Woody” Williams will lie in honor at the U.S. Capitol on Thursday. Hershel “Woody” Williams, awarded the nation's highest combat honor in 1945, passed away Wednesday. In 2012, the Army began a massive investigation looking for recruiting fraud — even where there was none. Airman 1st Class Chancelor Williams was shot and killed in July 2019. The program could see testing by 2024 and demonstrations by 2025. On Oct. 15, Williams, 32, opened a storefront in a converted old home and the Nut House Pecan Company was born. By Becky Purser
