U.S. Central Command officials announced Sunday that three U.S. service members were killed in action during combat operations.
Affected troops will receive $15,000 each, plus any lost equity in the repossessed vehicle, according to the settlement agreement.
“We should be angry, because for years, no one listened,” NTSB Chairwoman Jennifer Homendy said. “This was 100% preventable.”
