A federal judge in Texas is barring the Navy from taking action for now against sailors who have objected to being vaccinated against COVID-19 on religious grounds.
The top five teams were from U.S. Army Special Operations Command, France, 20th Special Forces Group, Marine Corps Special Operations Command and Germany.
The U.S. Supreme Court ruled Friday that the Navy may consider sailors’ vaccination status in making deployment, assignment and other operational decisions while a lawsuit on the military's vaccination mandate plays out in court.
