This spring, CamelBak's 'All Clear' UV purification bottle will hit stores.
I took a quick look yesterday, and so should you if you spend too much time in the backcountry or anywhere else with questionable water.
The 0.75L Tritan Better Bottle comes with the All Clear cap, which uses a UV light to turn your sludge into drinkable water in 60 seconds. It's pretty fool-proof, too, with directions printed right on the bottle.
The bottle is good on paper, here's what CamelBak had to say:
All Clear features a high-powered ultraviolet light that neutralizes 99.9999 percent of bacteria, 99.99 percent of viruses and 99.9 percent of protozoa. In three simple steps, users secure the cap, hold the power button down for 2 seconds and rotate the bottle allowing the ultraviolet light technology to destroy and neutralize waterborne viruses and bacteria. An LCD screen reveals when the purification cycle is complete and thus when the water is safe to drink.

The cap charges with a tiny USB charge cable (included) that connects to several USB compatible wall chargers and laptops. The bulb life span should last 1,000 10,000 cycles, which is enough to keep your guzzeling clean water for years. Because really, no one wants a stomach bug along for the ride.
MSRP $99.00
