Rogers and other House lawmakers claim the Space Command basing process included “striking irregularities.” A soldier-turned-astronaut just returned to Earth after completing the longest single spaceflight by an American. Engine runs on the first B-21 are underway, with tests of its fuel systems, doors, landing gear and more already complete.
