The April 7 attack on Green Village injured four U.S. troops, who were treated for traumatic brain injuries and returned to work. A court settlement requires the Navy to automatically review the cases of discharged sailors and Marines who received other than honorable or general characterizations of service due to behavior connected to conditions like PTSD. The military had initially downplayed the number of casualties in the attack. We must care for all who borne the battle. By Tyson Manker
